This hadith speaks about the power of prayer and how it affects even Satan himself. It is narrated by Abu Huraira that Prophet Muhammad said that when the call to prayer is made, Satan turns back and breaks wind so as not to hear it. However, once the call is finished he turns around and tries to distract those who are praying. Similarly, when Iqama is made he runs away again so as not to hear its voice but comes back once it subsides in order to try and distract those who are standing for prayer.
