Follow instructions of religious leaders; Perform prayers with sincerity & devotion; Repeat certain phrases twice during adhan & once during iqama .

This hadith is about the commandment of repeating certain phrases twice during the call to prayer, known as Adhan, and once during the standing up for prayer, known as Iqama. It was narrated by Anas ibn Malik who reported that the Prophet Muhammad commanded Bilal to repeat these phrases.
