This hadith is about Malik bin Huwairith demonstrating how to pray according to the teachings of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. He stood up for prayer, performed a perfect Qiyam, bowed and performed bowing perfectly, then raised his head and stood straight for a while. Abu Qilaba added that Malik bin Huwairith prayed like Sheikh Abu Yazid who used to sit on raising his head from the second prostration before getting up. This hadith teaches us that we should perform our prayers with perfection as demonstrated by Malik bin Huwairith and Sheikh Abu Yazid.
