SUMMARY: Doing good to one's neighbor is an important part of being a Muslim.

Another hadith similar to one narrated (above) by Abu Husain is also reported by Abu Huraira with the exception of these words: He (the Prophet) said: He should do good to the neighbour.

QUICK LESSONS:
Do good for your neighbor

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith emphasizes the importance of being kind and doing good deeds towards one's neighbors. It is narrated by both Abu Husain and Abu Huraira, two companions of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. The Prophet said that a person should do good to their neighbor, which implies that it is an essential part of being a Muslim. This hadith teaches us the value of kindness and compassion towards our neighbors, regardless if they are family or not. It also encourages us to be generous with our time and resources in order to help those around us who may need it more than we do ourselves.
