Narrated Al-Qasim bin Muhammad: Ibn 'Abbas mentioned the case of a couple on whom the judgment of Lian has been passed'.Abdullah bin Shaddad said, "Was that the lady in whose case the Prophet said, "If I were to stone a lady to death without a proof (against her)?' QUICK LESSONS:
Always strive for justice and fairness in our dealings with others; Be careful when making accusations; Avoid stoning someone without any proof or evidence; Respect all people regardless of their gender or religion; Do not make assumptions based on suspicion alone .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about a couple on whom the judgment of lian has been passed. In this case, lian refers to an accusation made by one spouse against another in which they accuse each other of adultery or fornication. In this particular case, Ibn Abbas mentioned that it was not related to a woman who was accused without any proof. Instead, it was related to a Muslim woman who aroused suspicion due to her misbehavior. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that we should not stone someone without any proof or evidence as he believed in justice and fairness for all people regardless of their gender or religion. He also taught us that we should be careful when making accusations as they can have serious consequences if proven false or baseless. We must always strive for justice and fairness in our dealings with others and never make assumptions based on suspicion alone.
