Divine Judgement for All

SUMMARY: Allah's Messenger taught that if Allah sends punishment upon a nation, it will befall upon the whole population and they will be judged according to their deeds.

Narrated Ibn 'Umar: Allah's Messenger said, "If Allah sends punishment upon a nation then it befalls upon the whole population indiscriminately and then they will be resurrected (and judged) according to their deeds".

QUICK LESSONS:
Take responsibility for your actions; Strive to do good; Have faith in God's plan.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us that when Allah sends punishment upon a nation, it is not limited to certain people or groups but rather affects the entire population. Furthermore, each person will be judged according to their own deeds and actions. This means that everyone must take responsibility for their own actions and strive to do good in order to receive reward from Allah. We should also remember that no matter how much we try, ultimately our fate is in the hands of Allah and He alone knows what is best for us.
