EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about betrayal and its consequences on the Day of Judgment. It tells us that everyone who has betrayed someone else will be identified by a flag on the day when all people are judged for their deeds. This means that no one can hide their wrongdoings from Allah and they will have to face punishment for it in the hereafter. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is reminding us to stay away from any kind of betrayal as it can lead to severe consequences in this world and in the hereafter. We should always strive to do good deeds and treat others with kindness, respect, and honesty so that we can receive Allah’s mercy on the day when all our deeds are judged.
