This hadith is about the etiquette of sneezing in Islam. It was narrated by Abu Huraira that Prophet Muhammad said that when someone sneezes, they should say “Al Hamdu Lillah” which means “Praise be to Allah”. The other person should then respond with “Yarhamukallah” which means “May Allah bestow his mercy on you”. The first person then responds with “Yahdikumullah wa Yuslih Balakum” which means “May Allah give you guidance and improve your condition”.
