QUICK LESSONS:
Speak positively about oneself .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught us the importance of positive self talk. He said that we should not speak negatively about ourselves and instead use positive words when talking about ourselves. This is because our words have power and can shape our thoughts and feelings. By speaking positively about ourselves we can build up our confidence and self esteem which will help us in all aspects of life. We should also remember that Allah loves us for who we are so it is important to be kind to ourselves as well as others.
