This hadith is about the Prophet's kindness towards Ka'b bin 'Ujara when he noticed that he was troubled by lice in his head. He called a barber to shave his head and ordered him to make expiation for that, which is known as al-Kutayyibah or qasamah. This hadith teaches us the importance of being kind and compassionate towards others, even if it is something small like noticing someone's discomfort due to lice in their hair.
