Forbidden Meat

SUMMARY: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade the eating of the meat of beasts having fangs.

Narrated Abu Tha'laba: Allah's Messenger forbade the eating of the meat of beasts having fangs.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلاَنِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ نَهَى عَنْ أَكْلِ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ‏.‏ تَابَعَهُ يُونُسُ وَمَعْمَرٌ وَابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ وَالْمَاجِشُونُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ‏.‏
