Eating Garlic Before Entering the Mosque

SUMMARY: The Prophet (ﷺ) advised against eating garlic before entering the mosque.

Narrated 'Abdul 'Aziz: It was said to Anas "What did you hear the Prophet saying about garlic?" Anas replied, "Whoever has eaten (garlic) should not approach our mosque".
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، قَالَ قِيلَ لأَنَسٍ مَا سَمِعْتَ النَّبِيَّ فِي الثُّومِ فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ مَنْ أَكَلَ فَلاَ يَقْرَبَنَّ مَسْجِدَنَا

We should also take care to ensure that our actions do not offend or disturb others in any way. It is important for us to remember that we are all guests in these places and must act accordingly.
