Take care of your health, appreciate small moments in life, eat nutritious foods.

The hadith narrated by 'Abdullah bin Ja'far tells us that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ enjoyed eating fresh dates with snake cucumbers. This is a reminder to us of how important it is to take care of our health and enjoy nutritious foods. It also shows us that even though the Prophet ﷺ was a great leader, he still took time for himself to enjoy simple pleasures like eating healthy snacks. We can learn from this hadith that we should take time out of our day to appreciate small moments in life, as well as make sure we are taking care of ourselves by eating nutritious foods.
