This hadith is about how Caliph 'Uthman ordered four people, Zaid bin Thabit, Sa’id bin Al-As, ‘Abdullah bin Az-Zubair and ‘Abdur-Rahman bin Al-Harith bin Hisham, to write down the Quran in a book. He instructed them that if they disagreed with Zaid Bin Thabit on any part of it then they should use the dialect of Quraish as that was how it was revealed.
