The Battles of the Prophet (ﷺ)

SUMMARY: The hadith is about Zaid bin Al-Arqam's participation in seventeen battles with the Prophet (ﷺ) and the Prophet (ﷺ) himself fighting nineteen battles.

Narrated Abu 'Is-haq: I asked Zaid bin Al-Arqam, "In how many ghazwah ( Battle ) did you take part in the company of Allah's Apostle?" He replied, "Seventeen". I further asked, "How many ghazwah ( Battle ) did the Prophet fight?" He replied, "Nineteen".
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ أَرْقَمَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ كَمْ غَزَوْتَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ قَالَ سَبْعَ عَشْرَةَ‏.‏ قُلْتُ كَمْ غَزَا النَّبِيُّ قَالَ تِسْعَ عَشْرَةَ‏.‏
