Be generous with your family members who are in need; Give away what you have without considering who deserves it more than others; Be mindful when giving charity or gifts;

This hadith is about how the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ gave a portion of the spoils from a battle in Khaiber to a tribe called Banu al-Muttalb. This was because they were related to him through his family, known as Banu Hashim. He did not give anything to two other tribes, known as Banu 'Abd Shams and Nawfal, because he felt that only those two tribes were related enough for him to do so. This hadith teaches us that it is important for us to be generous with our family members who are in need, even if we don't have much ourselves. It also teaches us that we should be mindful when giving charity or gifts; it is important for us not just give away what we have without considering who deserves it more than others.
