QUICK LESSONS:
Seek help when needed; strive for excellence in religious duties despite physical challenges/ailments/age etc.; be mindful of how our actions affect others and ourselves; use pillows during prostrations if necessary .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith tells us that it is permissible to use a pillow while doing prostrations in prayer. This was narrated by Majzaa from Uhban bin Aus who was one of those who witnessed the Pledge of allegiance beneath the Tree and had some trouble in his knee so that while doing prostrations he used to put a pillow underneath his knee. This shows us that if we have difficulty performing our prayers due to physical ailments or any other reason, then we can use something like a pillow to make it easier for us as long as it does not interfere with our prayer or cause any harm. It also teaches us that even if we are physically challenged or have difficulty performing certain religious duties due to age or health reasons, then we should still strive to perform them as best as possible and seek help when needed.
