EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about sacrificing an animal during the month of Dhul-Hijjah. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught that when someone intends to offer a sacrifice, they should not cut their hair or nails until after they have offered it. This is because it is a sign of respect and reverence for this act of worship. It also shows that one is willing to make sacrifices in order to please Allah and follow His commands. By following this teaching, Muslims are reminded to be mindful and respectful when performing acts of worship such as offering sacrifices during this special time in the Islamic calendar.
