EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the signs of faith. It teaches us that believing in Allah and not slandering or wailing over the dead are signs of faith. To believe in Allah means to have complete trust and confidence in Him and His teachings. It also means to obey His commands and stay away from what He has forbidden us from doing. Not slandering others is another sign of faith because it shows respect for other people's lineage as well as their dignity. Lastly, this hadith teaches us that wailing over the dead is a sign of disbelief because it goes against Islamic teachings which tell us to be patient when faced with difficult situations such as death.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us these values so that we can live our lives according to Islamic principles and be successful both here on earth and in the hereafter.
