EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the blessings of doing good deeds and being praised for it. It was narrated by Abu Dharr who asked the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ if it was considered as showing off when people praise someone who does a good deed. The Prophet ﷺ replied that this is the glad tidings which a believer receives in this life. This hadith teaches us that we should strive to do good deeds and not worry about what others think or say about us because Allah will reward us for our efforts regardless of whether we are praised or not. We should also remember that even if we are praised by others, it is still an act of worship to Allah as long as our intentions are pure and sincere.
