This hadith is about the importance of using a miswak or tooth stick. A miswak is a twig from certain trees that are used to clean teeth and freshen breath. It was narrated by Abu Musa Al Ash'ari that he visited the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and noticed the tip of a miswak on his tongue.
