QUICK LESSONS:
Seek permission before entering someone’s house

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith highlights the importance of seeking permission before entering someone's house. It teaches us that we should always be respectful and humble when asking for entry, as it is a sign of good manners and etiquette. Additionally, this hadith also serves as a reminder that our eyes should be kept in check, and not used to look at things which are inappropriate or forbidden. We must remember that Allah has given us eyesight so that we can use it in the right way; by avoiding looking at things which are prohibited or disliked by Him. Therefore, this hadith encourages us to practice good conduct when entering someone else's home and reminds us of our responsibility towards our own eyesight.
