This hadith is about a sighting of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). He was seen sitting in the compound of the Holy Ka'bah with his thighs against his stomach and arms around his legs. This posture is known as I'tikaf which is a form of prayer that involves secluding oneself from worldly activities to focus on spiritual matters. It teaches us to take time out for ourselves to reflect on our faith and relationship with Allah. It also encourages us to make use of our time wisely by engaging in activities that will benefit us spiritually such as praying or reading Quran.
