Understanding Religion through Divine Will

SUMMARY: Allah will grant understanding of the religion to those whom He wills good for.

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'When Allah wills good for a person, He causes him to understand the religion'."
حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ أَبُو بِشْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ ـ ‏ "‏ مَنْ يُرِدِ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of the importance of understanding the religion. It is said that when Allah wills good for a person, He grants them understanding of the religion.
