The Beauty of Paradise

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) described the beauty of Paradise and its inhabitants, and how nothing will be between them and their Lord except a veil of pride.

Abu Bakr bin Qais Al-Ash'ari narrated that his father said: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'Two gardens of silver, their vessels and everything in them; and two gardens of gold, their vessels and everything in them, and nothing between the people and their seeing their Lord, the Blessed and Exalted, except the Veil of Pride covering His Face in the Garden of Eden (Jannat 'Adn)".

QUICK LESSONS:
Strive for good deeds on earth .

EXPLANATIONS:
According to the hadith narrated by Abu Bakr bin Qais Al-Ash'ari, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) described the beauty of Paradise. He said that there will be two gardens made out of silver with vessels and everything in them, as well as two gardens made out of gold with vessels and everything in them. Furthermore, he said that nothing will be between people in paradise and their Lord except a veil called "the Veil of Pride" which covers His Face in the Garden of Eden. This hadith is an example for us to strive for paradise by doing good deeds on earth so we can witness its beauty one day when we meet our Lord.
