Follow Islamic laws regarding inheritance fairly and justly .

This hadith discusses the rules of inheritance in Islam. When a man dies and leaves behind three sons, two of whom have children, the third remaining son inherits the mawali (freed slaves). When he passes away, his children and the children of his brothers share equally in the wala' (inheritance) of the mawali. This is according to Islamic law which states that all heirs should receive their due share in an estate or inheritance. It is important to note that this law applies only to those who are related by blood or marriage; it does not apply to strangers or non-relatives.
