QUICK LESSONS:
Respect for Allah SWT, Mindfulness when praying .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that we should not intend to pray either at sunrise or sunset. This means that it is not recommended to pray during these times as the sun is rising or setting. It is important to remember that prayer should be done with intention and focus on Allah SWT. We must also remember that prayer is an important part of our faith and should be done with respect and reverence for Allah SWT. We must also ensure that we are in a state of purity before we begin our prayers so as to show our respect for Allah SWT.

The Prophet ﷺ also taught us the importance of being mindful of when we are praying so as not to miss any prayers due to distractions such as the rising or setting sun. This hadith reminds us of the importance of being mindful when it comes to prayer and how it can help us stay focused on worshipping Allah SWT in a respectful manner.
