QUICK LESSONS:
Listen attentively , Follow instructions from your leader , Take time out for religious activities , Be mindful of your faith .

EXPLANATIONS:
On the day of Jumu’ah (Friday), Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) would give two sermons to his followers. He would stand up to deliver these sermons and then sit down in between them. This was a practice that he followed regularly as it was an important part of Islamic teachings for Muslims to listen attentively to what their leader had to say about faith and life in general. It is also a reminder for us today that we should take time out from our busy lives to listen carefully to what our leaders have to say about important matters related to our faith and life in general.

The values taught by this hadith are those of listening attentively, following instructions from one's leader, taking time out for religious activities such as attending Friday prayers, and being mindful of one's faith at all times.
