The Prophet's Prayer Routine

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to pray Witr at the beginning, middle and end of the night.

It was narrated that 'Ali (رضي الله عنه) said: The Messenger of Allah used to pray Witr at the beginning of the night and in the middle and at the end, then he persisted in praying it at the end of the night.

QUICK LESSONS:
Strive to be consistent in your prayers and not neglect them even if you are tired or busy with other things.

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by 'Ali ibn Abi Talib tells us about the prayer routine of Prophet Muhammad. He used to pray Witr at three different times during the night - at its beginning, in its middle and at its end. This shows us how devoted he was to his prayers and how important it was for him to make sure that he prayed regularly throughout the night. It also teaches us that we should strive to be consistent in our prayers and not neglect them even if we are tired or busy with other things. We should also remember that Allah is always watching over us and will reward us for our efforts in worshipping Him.
