This hadith is about the number of takbeers said by Uthman during the Eid prayer. According to this hadith, it was narrated from Ibraheem bin 'Abdullah that his father said he offered the Eid prayer behind 'Uthman and he said the takbeer seven times in the first rakaah and five times in the second rakaah.
