Remembering signs of judgement day , Preparing oneself for what's to come in life as a Muslim

This hadith is about the signs that will appear before the Hour of Judgement. It was narrated by Abu Saeed al Khudri that the Prophet Muhammad said that people with small eyes and wide faces like locusts and faces like hammered shields will appear before the hour begins. They will be wearing shoes made from hair and using leather shields while tying their horses to date palm trees. These are all signs that indicate that judgement day is near. It is important for us to remember these signs so we can prepare ourselves for what is to come in our lives as Muslims.
