Seek refuge with Allah when having a bad dream by spitting dryly to your left three times and seeking refuge with Him three times then turning over onto your other side .

Dreams are an important part of our lives, as they can give us insight into our inner thoughts and feelings. If we have a bad dream, we should seek refuge with Allah by spitting dryly to our left three times and seeking refuge with Him three times.
