QUICK LESSONS:
Recite Al Mu’awwadatayn every night before going to bed for protection from any harm that may come during the night .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) had a special routine he followed every night before going to bed. He would recite the two protective surahs, Al-Falaq and An-Nas, known as Al-Mu'awwidhatain, then blow into his hands and wipe them over his body. This was done for protection from any harm that may come during the night. It is important for us to follow in the footsteps of our beloved Prophet by reciting these two surahs every night before we go to sleep. Doing so will bring us peace of mind and protect us from any harm that may come our way during the night.
