QUICK LESSONS:
Follow teachings from Prophet Muhammad PBUH; Take care of one's appearance in an Islamic way; Use natural products instead of chemical-based dyes .

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Abu Dharr states that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) advised people to use henna and katam when they have gray hair. Henna is a plant-based dye that is used for coloring hair, skin, fingernails, leather, and wool. It has been used since ancient times in many parts of the world for its cosmetic properties. On the other hand, katam is a type of black powder made from plants which can be used as a natural dye for coloring hair. Both henna and katam are natural dyes that can be used to color gray hair without any side effects or damage to the scalp or skin. This hadith teaches us about taking care of our appearance in an Islamic way by using natural products instead of chemical-based dyes which may cause harm to our health in the long run.
