EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the prohibition of wearing sandals while standing. It was narrated by Ibn 'Umar, who said that the Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade putting on sandals whilst standing. This means that it is not allowed to wear sandals while one is in a standing position, as this act has been prohibited by the Prophet himself. It is important to note that this prohibition applies only when one is in a standing position and does not apply when one is sitting or lying down. Furthermore, it should be noted that this prohibition applies to all types of footwear and not just sandals; thus, any type of footwear should not be worn while in a standing position according to Islamic teachings.
