The Prophet's Teaching on Superstition and Good Omens

SUMMARY: The Prophet ﷺ taught that there is no superstition or omen, but he liked good omens.

It was narrated that Anas said: "The Prophet said: 'There is no 'Adwa* and no omen, but I like Al-Fa’l As-Salih".**
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ـ ـ ‏ "‏ لاَ عَدْوَى وَلاَ طِيَرَةَ وَأُحِبُّ الْفَأْلَ الصَّالِحَ
