EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Anas bin Malik advises people to seek cupping on the seventeenth, nineteenth or twenty-first of the month. Cupping is a traditional medical practice in which a cup is placed on certain parts of the body to create suction. This helps with pain relief and other health benefits such as improving circulation and reducing inflammation. Additionally, this hadith warns against letting one's blood rage so that it kills them. This could be interpreted as an admonition against getting too angry or emotional over something that could lead to serious consequences for oneself or others. It is important for us to remember this advice from Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in order to maintain our physical and mental health.
