Take care of one's health , Use natural remedies such as water when unwell .

This hadith is about how to treat a fever. It was narrated by Asma bint Abu Bakr that a woman suffering from fever would be brought to her, and she would call for water and pour it onto the neck of her garment. The Prophet then advised her to cool it down with water, saying that the fever was from the heat of Hell-fire. This hadith teaches us that we should take care of our health and use natural remedies such as water when we are feeling unwell or have a high temperature. We should also remember that Allah has warned us about what will happen if we do not take care of ourselves or follow His commands; He has warned us about the punishment in Hell-fire for those who disobey Him.
