EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the Prophet's practice of taking two breaths while drinking. It was narrated by Ibn 'Abbas, a companion of the Prophet Muhammad and one of his closest relatives. This hadith teaches us that we should take our time when drinking and not rush it, as this is how the Prophet himself did it. We can also learn from this hadith that we should be mindful in all aspects of our lives, even something as simple as drinking water or other beverages. Taking two breaths while doing so helps us to stay present and focused on what we are doing instead of rushing through it without paying attention to our actions.
