Take care of your health and hygiene even during nighttime ; Stay hydrated throughout day or night

This hadith narrates the nightly routine of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It was narrated by 'Aishah that she used to prepare three covered vessels for him at night; a vessel for his water for purification, a vessel for his tooth stick and a vessel for his drink. This shows us how important it was to the Prophet ﷺ to maintain cleanliness and hygiene even during nighttime. He also made sure he stayed hydrated throughout the night by having a drink ready in case he needed it. This hadith teaches us that we should take care of our health and hygiene even during nighttime, as well as stay hydrated throughout the day or night.
