Abstain from consuming any kind of intoxicating substances according to Islamic teachings and laws .

This hadith is about the unlawfulness of intoxicants. It was narrated by Ibn Masud that the Messenger of Allah said that he used to forbid people from making Nabidh in certain vessels but a vessel does not make something unlawful. All intoxicants are unlawful regardless of what vessel they are made in.
