Say the Name of Allah before eating

This hadith teaches us that we should always remember to say the name of Allah before we eat. It is important to remember that everything we have comes from Him and He is the one who provides for us. We should be thankful for all that He has given us and show our gratitude by saying His name before partaking in any food or drink. This hadith also reminds us to be mindful of our manners when eating, as it was narrated by 'Umar bin Abu Salamah, a companion of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
