This hadith narrates that 'Aishah applied perfume to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) for his Ihram when he entered and exited it. The ritual of entering and exiting Ihram is an important part of Hajj, which is one of the five pillars of Islam. It involves wearing two pieces of white cloth, abstaining from certain activities such as cutting hair or nails, and refraining from sexual intercourse.
