QUICK LESSONS:
Spend money or fight oneself in the cause of Allah .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about how one can gain rewards from Allah by spending money or fighting in His cause. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that whoever sends financial support in the cause of Allah and stays at home will have a reward equivalent to seven hundred Dirhams for every Dirham spent. Similarly, whoever fights himself in the cause of Allah will have a reward equivalent to seven hundred thousand Dirhams for every Dirham spent. This is further emphasized by reciting verse 2:261 which states that “Allah gives manifold increase to whom He wills”. This hadith teaches us that we should strive to do good deeds as much as possible because it will be rewarded manifoldly by God Almighty Himself. We should also remember that our actions are not done solely for worldly gains but rather they are done with an intention to please God Almighty so we can receive His blessings both here on earth and hereafter on Judgement Day.
