Sunan Ibn Majah 2759 (Book 24, Hadith 7) #32113
Rewarding Those Who Help Warriors in Allah's Cause

SUMMARY: Whoever helps a warrior in the cause of Allah will be rewarded as if they were the warrior themselves, without detracting from the warriors reward.

It was narrated from Zaid bin Khalid Al-Juhani that the Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever equips a warrior in the cause of Allah, he will have a reward like his, without that detracting from the warrior’s reward in the slightest".

QUICK LESSONS:
Helping warriors in Allah's cause

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks to the importance of helping those who are fighting for the cause of Allah. It is narrated by Zaid bin Khalid Al-Juhani that Prophet Muhammad said that whoever equips a warrior in this cause will have a reward like his, without it taking away from what is due to the warrior. This means that even if one cannot fight on their own, they can still help those who are doing so and receive rewards for it. This encourages people to support and aid those who are fighting for Islam and its values, as they too will be rewarded for their efforts. It also shows us how generous God is with His rewards; He does not take away from anyone’s due but rather gives more than what was expected or deserved.
