Perform ablution upon waking up from sleep including washing your nose with water then blowing it out thrice . Thank Allah for giving you a new day . Ask Him for guidance throughout the day .

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that when we wake up from sleep, we should perform ablution and wash our noses by putting water in it and then blowing it out thrice. This is because Satan has stayed in the upper part of our noses all night. It is important to do this so that we can be spiritually clean before starting our day. We should also remember to thank Allah for giving us a new day and ask Him for guidance throughout the day.
