Use natural remedies such as water to reduce fever .

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that fever is caused by the heat of Hellfire. To reduce fever, we should use water. This could mean drinking cold water or applying cold compresses to the forehead or other affected areas. This hadith also teaches us that even though we may not be able to see it, there are spiritual forces at work in our lives and in our bodies. We should remember this when we are feeling unwell and seek help from Allah SWT for healing and relief from our ailments.
