QUICK LESSONS:
Be fair and generous when giving out donations so they can benefit those receiving them; Be mindful of how much you give away and to whom; Give valid forms of charity.
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith by Anas bin Malik emphasizes the importance of being just when giving charity. It teaches us that if we are unjust in our charity, then it is as if we have withheld it altogether. This means that if we give too little or too much to someone, then it will not be accepted as a valid form of charity. We must be fair and generous when giving out our donations so that they can truly benefit those who receive them. Furthermore, this hadith also serves as a reminder to us to always be mindful of how much we are giving away and to whom so that our donations can truly make a difference in people’s lives.
