EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Muhammad bin 'Ubaidullah bin Abu Rafi states that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) used to come to the prayer of Eid walking. This is a reminder for us that we should not be too proud or too lazy and instead take part in religious activities with humility and dedication. It also teaches us that we should not be wasteful with our resources and instead use them wisely. We can also learn from this hadith that it is important for us to take part in religious activities as a community, rather than individually. This shows how much importance was given by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) on communal worship and gathering together as one Ummah during special occasions such as Eid.
