EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about how one can recognize when someone is praying. It was narrated by Abu Mamar that he asked Khabbab how he knew when the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was reciting during Zuhr and 'Asr prayers. Khabbab replied that he could tell from the movement of his beard. This hadith teaches us to be observant and pay attention to details in order to recognize prayer or any other activity for that matter. It also shows us how important it is to be mindful of our actions as even small movements can give away what we are doing or thinking about.
